Kristin Bond

Kristin has over 18 years of experience within the real estate industry, spanning from property management to luxury residential home sales.  She attended Oakland University, majored in Marketing, and has paired that schooling with what she has learned in real estate, to bring a unique perspective to the marketing and social media within the organizations she has been a part of.  In her role as Business Development Manager at Thrive Realty Co., Kristin takes extreme pride in mentoring other Realtors, and helping to create a space where the focus is collaboration over competition and growth is not only encouraged, but applauded.  She is also the co-founder of The Red Lipstick Revolution, a group of women entrepreneurs in all industries, across the country, that supports, encourages, and helps create a mindset of abundance and not scarcity in business.
